My infusions have been increased to 10mg per kg every 6 weeks. 5mg Per kg worked only at the loading stage therefore was increased.
Bloods show CRP slightly increased.
Anti body test is good
My calprotectin level is 850. No pathogens were detected.
I have mild crampy/pain in middle of the large intestine. No bleeding mild urgency and diarrhoea with no bleeding
How long should It take to get a clinical response after increased infusion dose??
Meds I'm taking pentasa 4gs daily, Methotrexate 15mg,folic acid, slippery elm, stopped predsol enemas but can be used if needed.
