Hi,

Are there any recommendations for Android Apps which can help track UC symptoms - stools time, type, medication, food diary, mood, stress etc. Need to create a log / diary to see if a course of medication is improving the symptoms and if the flares are correlating with any thing :-(

Started a course of Prednisone (20mg) to control a flare which did not respond to Budesonide

Not aware of such an app but during my last flare and into remission i kept a record of #bowel movements per day and made a poop chart. I didn't record the consistency or indeed anything else but the poop chart was really helpful because despite daily fluctuations you could see the long term trend into remission.

There are! I think I deleted mine tho so can’t remember their names. One was a poop diary only. It’s called stool log. It was pretty rudimentary but my GI at the time asked me to use it. The other was diet I think it was from a research type facility or medical group but I don’t recall the name. I created an excel spreadsheet.

I don't trust third party apps that much so I keep track in a sheet on my phone
