Salofalk suppositories causing issues?

Hi,
Currently on weekly Humira injections after experiencing some decline 4 months in on bi-weekly. Also still on 200mg of Azathioprine daily, 2xMezavant pills and nightly suppositories.

My issue is that as if lately Im getting the rectal discomfort coming back after bms and when inserting the suppositories.

I dont know if this is things getting worse or if the suppositories are actually causing the issues.

Tbh its getting frustrating using the suppositories due to leakage every morning but when Ive gone back to enemas lately I feel pretty bad the next day.

Removing them completely would be ideal but worry bleeding would return. However if that was the case, doesn’t that mean Humira isn’t working anyway and probably best to change?

Anybody had anal/rectum discomfort caused by the suppositories?
