You didn't even read the study, steve. Do you know how hard it is to get into the journal of GI?

Furthermore, can you stop trolling the thread in question with your utter stupidity and meanness? Show some bloody courtesy.

Wow... comparing the thread about a peer reviewed study with testimonials being compared to people who drink piss.

You guys have lost all credibility. We're done here.

....and yet, you're still posting and reading on here.

How hard is it to get into that journal?

Note, the Pravda paper is not published in the Journal of Gastroenterology, it's in the World Journal of Gastroenterology. Still, the latter isn't necessarily a bad journal, just not as prestigious as the former.

So steve gets to call me VanQuack and you guys see nothing wrong with it.

No more evidence is needed for which way this forum leans.

iPoop, why don't the mods prune threads of offending posts, instead of locking the entire thread? Why does everyone get punished for the actions of a few?

This policy creates a vulnerability in discussion. Anyone who decides they don't like topic can walk in, disrupt the thread, and know that the response will be that the whole thread gets locked.

We just had a great thread with 10+ pages of productive conversation get locked because of the usual curmudgeons. It's unjust. The mods really need to do better.

I locked the thread. And I'll do it again if I have to. If you create a thread, you have to expect there will be differences of opinion. It's a PUBLIC forum. And VanJordan, if you keep creating threads pushing your "private chat forum" I'll keep locking it and taking out your information. It goes against rule number 4.

Valid points Michele.

Pruning threads is very time consuming. We don't get paid for this job... I don't have time to carefully read and attempt to redecipher people's intent while pruning out the insults. I have to work to support myself with the majority of my time.

If I see people saying vanquack, they will suffer the same consequences - locked threads. It's why I locked this one. We do not stand for name calling or disrespect.
