Not from our end! What you do is much appreciated, believe me. It’s a thankless job that you don’t need to do. No one should criticize you!

Was just wondering where to send a note of thanks, and noticed this thread. Searching for info as a newbie to real flares, I’ve recently found older posts dating back many years in some cases, and have found lengthy, well-explained, and balanced explanations for basic things I’ve been struggling to understand (like, what exactly does remission look like, and why so many meds might be used to calm a flare it aren’t necessarily forever, and many others). Not sure why these answers are hard to find on websites like C&C Foundation or from my doc etc, but I’m certainly glad the information is here. There are actually a few posts from years back which I think might be helpful to have pinned to the top of the list or added to the basic info posts, as they're so helpful to the newly initiated. In any case, thanks so much to those who have taken the time and effort over the years to help others with less experience, in such a clear and non-hype way. Very much appreciated!!

The C&C website is great for generic info....but none of us are typical IBD cases and I too find their info is in no way tailored to those who seek answers for very specific problems.

HW's archived posts are an invaluable source of info to members esp like me of the the kind who lurk. These go back to 2007 when the site was 10x more active each day. There is a lot of info to be gleaned by searching on these posts. I would hope that Admin know this and that these older posts are never discarded. They are a super source of info and I'm sure are used by hundreds of members who do not actually post much or post regularly.

@Charlie789, you don't have to worry about the admin purging older posts. Google plays a role in attracting viewers too, people like the ability to read without becoming a member.
