Possible Tear in Anus

Hope all is well. I have been on Entyvio Infusions for about a year. Have had great improvement. I am having about ! BM daily formed stool. However I have had some some issues with bright red blood at the end of the BM and some pain in my anus. Is this possibly a tear or fissure??

Yes, it could be a fissure. You can take a look and check for yourself by squatting over a mirror.
