Not a cure, but good soothing teas. In the balkans they use Blackberry and Raspberry leaves for tea to calm upset stomach. I did a superficial lookup online and long and behold there are anti inflammatory claims and relaxing properties. Try them out guys. I got both and i mix them up. Check amazon

I like tea, peppermint was a favorite but tea just doesn't agree with me.

How are you doing now, were you able to get a stool test done? I'm thinking that was in the works the last time you posted.

Take care.

Hi, i am doing a lot better, 2 times i prepared poop test i could not deliver it to the lab with 24 hrs 🤦🏻‍♂️ but good news pred 40 mg finally got it under control. I’ve lowered it 20. Stool has shaped up nicely, but causes pain passing theough lower part as it’s still inflamed so i’m doing enemas and supps. My drs have been fighting insurance for 2 weeks to get rinvoq approved. I will make some angry calls tomorrow to Horizon 😒
I have started walking and cycling. I walk one hour a day + I cycle 30 mins. Otherwise no way in hell i could handle prednisone. Next i’ll start some weights
My weight is really low 120
my hopes are on rinvoque now.
I also take CBD but that only helps so much

Good job on the exercising. That will help your bones too. Prednisone can cause bone density loss so keep it up with the walking and weights will be a great addition. Make sure you're getting enough calcium and vit. D or taking supplements. Make sure you keep eating enough.

I love tea and drink it most days.

This is a great tea if you have a cold. Starbucks calls it the medicine ball. You can make it yourself

Teavana Jade Citrus Mint tea
Teavana Peach Tranquility
Lemonade (if you don't have lemonade, use regular lemons)

Take one teabag citrus mint tea and one peach tranquility. Make your tea. Heat up 1/4 cup lemonade. Mix in with the tea. You can add honey if you want.
