How do you sign up for it? On the website I found a form that I would have to fill out and take to my doc for him to fill out and send in. Isn't there a way to do it online?

I know there are several members here on Inflectra. How did you sign up for co-pay assistance??

I looked too, one place said there was a form to download, when others said to call them directly on how to apply. Here is the number if you don't already have it, 844-722-6672. They have reps that can answer your questions.

Inflectra's assistance program is not the same as Remicade's two different company's.

Thanks, Susie! I asked my doc about it and they said they would fill everything out for me. With Remicade I just filled everything out myself online. There wasn't any part that the doctor had to fill out like was indicated on the Inflectra form. I think docs are able to do everything online. Weird they don't let patients do that too.

I knew they were 2 different programs I was just wondering how a claim gets paid. Will have to look into that when the time comes.

Darn CC....

I didn't even consider this aspect of it. You just grew a halo and wings to me... You are being so positive about it.

So something made me just go back and I missed a separate message from the doc's nurse about the co pay assistance. She said she was afraid if she did it online that it would cause problems with the specialty pharmacy so she said Accredo will take care of it. I will have to call them on Monday. I don't want them to ship without having the assistance set up because then I will be billed for my entire max out of pocket. More of a mess and stress I don't need.

I know there are people on this forum that use Inflectra. Hoping that one of them can tell me how to get signed up for the co-pay assistance.

CC, I went through the archives & the members contacted the company at the number I posted for you, plus you have to print off the form that both you & the dr has to fill out. Personally, I would rather get my instructions from the company directly. What the nurse is telling you makes no sense.

HaleyA is on Inflectra but I have no idea if she is using the copay program. She is one I can think of off the top of my head.

I was on Inflectra for about a year and a half. I’m pretty sure Pfizer is the manufacturer that you need to contact about co-pay assistance. Im almost positive I was enrolled in their program. I rarely went for my infusion and had to pay anything. There were a few times I remember showing up and I had to pay, like $20. I didn’t bark about that or ask any questions. Figured that was ok, plus most of the time I showed up and didn’t pay anything, so I didn’t want to rock the boat. Best of luck.

Most likely my med will be ready to ship soon. I am hoping to have my infusion by the end of the week. I have to get on this first thing on Monday. The way it's sounding I will have to pay for the med myself and then get reimbursed because I don't think I have enough time to get everything done before the med ships.

I have Inflectra through UHC. My doctors office did all the paperwork for the assistance program.

I don’t remember. See if you can google and find a Pfizer customer service help line. They can maybe direct you.

I called the number above and the person gave me this website:
https://www.pfizercopay.com

I did everything online. It got a little confusing when I entered the insurance info so hopefully I did it correctly. At the end of the process I got a card number that I gave to Accredo (specialty pharmacy who is sending the med to my infusion center).

Thanks, everyone!!
