I posted awhile back that I had a flare and was having issues getting it back under control. After multiple attempts with different meds I had to go to prednisone to get it under control.

My doctor had me try Stelara, but unfortunately I had an allergic reaction immediately once I began the infusion.

The next step she wanted to take was remicade but but the issue I have is that I am an hour and half away from an infusion center. I am not saying that I couldn’t do that but my career doesn’t exactly line up to make that work so I asked if there was any alternative and she suggested Zeposia.

Now, I have seen a lot of the talk on here of the issues and side effects of this medicine. What I am curious about though is are there any success stories of anyone being on Zeposia?

Seaton, there are a few threads in the archives here about Zeposia. One member commented that his gi has quite a few of his patients on this medication & they have done fine. I think when something newer comes along people tend to freak out a little until they see more people take it.

I totally understand your situation, you can give it a fair trial & see how you do. Good luck.

Not many here have taken it yet. Curious why they didn't recommend Xeljanz first. That would be another option that's also a pill.
