Hi Canadian,

I was very interested to read about your situation with twisted pouch and that you were able to sucessfully have your pouch reconstructed.  I hope you have been very well since.

I am currently in similar situation with a severly twisted pouch which is increasingly painful with all of the symptoms that I am sure you are fully familiar with.  I am living in Ireland and have had previous surgeries both here and under a very experienced surgeon in the UK, who is currently being updated on my situation.  Unfortunately he is semi-retired and I may therefore be looking for an alternative surgeon with experience in this area.  I would be willing to travel to wherever necessary and hope that you can let me know the details of your surgeon.

Thank you for any information you can give me.

regards,
