Yes, joint pain is very common in IBD's. I use tylonel and warm compresses or warm baths. Stay away from Nsaids such as Aleve, Advil or Motrin since these can make any bleeding worse. Same thing goes for prescription anti-inflammatories. If it continues, you might want to be screened for arthritis since that is common for us too.
