I sleep well most of the time, but 2 nights ago I kept waking up every 2 minutes even though i was physically tired.  Then last night I just laid there kind of comatose half awake for hours (unusual for me) and I was surprised to find I was sweating.

Thankfullly I don't get this often, but I'm sure it's UC related.  Anyone else get trouble sleeping with night sweats on occasion?  Anything helpful to do?

I do know if i get a moderate amount of exercise during the day, I tend to sleep *sounder* in a deeper sleep.

I have had that for a while now - my wife made me wonderful terry cloth sheets for my bed which wicked away the moisture and was very cooling.  She also made the pillow cases.

love to all

I can 100% sympathize. Never mentioned this to anyone though. Was never sure if one thing really had to do with the other. But the timing on this happening more and more often makes sense with my UC.
