I've been having a lot of gas lately.. Usually towards the end of the day. It is probably is associated with my day's eatings habits (which are nothing short of stellar). I take quite a few vitamin/mineral supplements, but haven't taken a probiotic in a while. I'm wondering if probiotics have directly helped anyone with gas?
I was taking maxadopholus (sp?) from whole foods which was a an acidopholus (sp?) blend.

The worst thing is that im usually in situations where I can't let the gas out, so I hold it and I start to feel REALLY nasty as it builds up, then when I get somewhere to relive myself (could be an hour later) I have so much gas it takes like 10 minutes to get all of it out.... nasty.
