I've had no pop ups lately but I have gotten them in the past. Annoying for sure but short lived. The admin has switched to a different server so they might be working out the bugs. If it continues, you can email Peter about it and ask.

Dx:  2006

Meds:  None so far. Garlic works to ease flares. My GI laughed when I told him and said it was just coincidence.

Diet:  Regular fresh garlic, Biobest yogurt daily, Omega 3 supplements, very limited junk food, carbs and processed food, low fat diet.  Lots of fresh fruit and veggies (limited potatoes).

Added: tumeric and probiotics.

Isn't there a way you can eliminate or greatly diminish the pop ups? I'm not real computer savvy but I think we have something checked somewhere to help control them overall.

I'm usually always logged on so that's why I'm not experiancing that problem, but a couple of weeks ago I was having some annoying problems with the anti-spam filter thingy.
