Hi, I just wanted to know what everyone is paying or their asacol. After my Insurance dedutible is met it's free. But until then, I pay $82.00 a month for 360 pills/30 day supply at my local CVS Pharmacy and I live in a Syracuse,NY suburb. Just looking to find out what everyone else is paying.

Once I reach my 5000 deductable each year I pay 42.30 for the same. That is 10% of what it costs me before my deductable. So depending on how sick i've been i pay between 42 dollars and 420 dollars a month.

I have to pay a $25 co-pay for 360 pills (1 month's supply for me). I guess I have pretty good insurance right now through work so I'm lucky.

I pay $5 a month for 360 pills. When I was away for vacation I needed a refill and the first pharmacy I tried didn't take my insurance and I asked, out of curiousity, what it would cost w/out- $580!!!

Thank god for good insurance!

Ours would be $25 for the month at a local pharmacy but because we can do the mail order it is $25 for a 90 day supply.

I'm sort of glad the cost of this is going down at least! I remember when I first started on it the cost of it was $650 and that was over 10 years ago! Back then I didn't have insurance so I had to stop taking that due to cost (continued again after I got insurance). I stopped taking Asacol about 3 years ago to switch to Colazal but I was only paying $2 copay thru insurance.

I have insurance and I still pay $100 dollars a month. My perscription insurance is terrible. This is even mail order which is cheaper. Well, I guess it is better than paying full price.
