First..... Does anyone know the risks of trying to make a baby while on Pred, Asacol, Cortafoam? (from the males end)  Does it mess with your swimmers to cause birth defects?  I am going to be asking my doctor in a few days, but would like any input on the subject.

Second..... Has anyone tried NUTELLA?  The hazelnut spread with a touch of cocao.  Just wondering if it is a safe alternative to peanut butter.  I read the nutritional facts on it and it says that it has just a trace of caffine per 2 tbls.  Any opinions?

(1) I have been on Asacol for a while and am currently pregnant. We did a ton of research before trying to conceive, and everything I read said that Asacol is safe, regardless of whether it is the man or woman who is taking it. Hopefully your doctor is of the same opinion!

(2) I eat Nutella ALL THE TIME! I love that stuff!!!

From the female side I know its safe. I just have 3 month old twins and while pregnant I was on 20mg of prednisone, colazal (much like asacol), and entocort ec. I have two beautiful healthy boys.
