You sure can but it may increase your symptoms a bit. If you don't take a probiotic then you should really start especially while taking antibiotics - there is a waiting time though between the probiotic and an antibiotic - I think its take the probiotic 2 hours after the antibiotic but I'm not sure. But if you're not interested in probiotics then yogurt will work too, it's just not that effective as a probiotic. I don't take probiotics but when I had to take antibiotics for bronchitis, I ate yogurt and I had no troubles with the antibiotic at all.
