What's the best way to take soluble and insoluble fibre when you are in remission or close to it? I have never really had a supply of fibre in my diet. I'd like to take it via supplements if possible. If you could mention the actual names rather than the brand names it would be great cos in Ireland we might have different products (way behind the rest of the world in most things health-wise!)
I'm trying to reduce my stool frequency, from 2,3,4 to 1,2. Is fibre the right thing to do for me?
