I get to leave the house -  I know bad attitiude  LOL -  but I will put one foot forward and go -  at least I can go even if I worry my self into being sick.  The doc said the house is my safe zone.

I have used enteric coated pepperment in the past. I also have IBS, and I used it for that. This was before I knew I had UC. I don't take this anymore since UC, so I don't know how it reacts to it.
I can tell you how it effected me with IBS though. It really helped me in reguards to IBS, but it also scared me. When I would take it, i would burp it up all day long, which i always had nice breath. Also, when i would make a BM, I could acually feel the menthol coming out in my stool. I did not like this feeling. I only took this when my IBS symtoms would act up.
Hope this helps you

I tried Bosweilla and it didn't help me. Have not tried the others.

I drink chamomile tea first thing everyday, it's very good for you as it has anti-inflammatory properties.

I use Boswelia as part of my remission strategy.  I do think it helps.
