Was everyone under their desks when you got out?

Did anyone at least ask you if you were OK? It's really the type of thing that most ignore, but never forget.

Have you tried fibre supplements at all?

Hope tomorrow is a better day!

Not too many or you'll be in there howling with cramps and gas ...

Happy to hear your sense of humour hasn't gone down the toilet!

Oh gosh! I know! At home I usually turn on the fan to drown out the nose - and subdue any noxious fumes!!!

A sense of humor is key - like Quincy said, glad yours is still there :)

my hubby will ask how I am feeling after the noise and fumes leak out of the bathroom door. - No one understands but those in the family of a UC person.

I hated working and the bathroom was directly by the GM's office and the door was by the main office

I agree, soundproof doors would be wonderful.  I hate the new bathrooms that don't have any exterior doors at all only stall doors.  Even if you have privacy in the bathroom, everybody outside of it can hear you.

Dx:  2006

Meds:  None so far. Garlic works to ease flares. My GI laughed when I told him and said it was just coincidence.

Diet:  Regular fresh garlic, Biobest yogurt daily, Omega 3 supplements, very limited junk food, carbs and processed food, low fat diet.  Lots of fresh fruit and veggies (limited potatoes).

Added: tumeric and probiotics.
