i am thinking of trying the scd diet. i got on their website to look at the recipes. i noticed almond flour is what is used in baking. where do you find that?

I buy almond flour at Bulk Barn. I've also seen it in the grocery store in the health food section, but is more expensive there.

Ordering in bulk from an online source is the best way to go, pricewise. You can freeze large amounts for later use.
