Okay,

I went to the docotor on the 25th of last month, started new meds on the 26th morning - woke up with terrible sore throat during the night of the 26th - 27 = - no stuffy's the first few days,  then Saturday felt good so I took the kids to my brothers BBQ and so they could swim - I did not because always afraid of large group and me need to go.

Anyway, Sunday morning I woke up and had almost no voice -  but I still had stuff I had to take take care of. -

Started my monthly on Monday -  still could not understand me with my voice,

Tuesday - felt a little stuffy and started to fell like a heavy weight on my chest,  Wednesday felt the worst -  Thursday was feeling better,

BUT then this morning I woke up and could not breathe and chest ..  and I just could not stop coughing and sneezing and blowing my nose

Monthly time is just ending -  UC is always in a little more of a flare at that time.

Do you think that with all that is going on it will be hard for new meds to work.

I would think the upper respiratory infection could complicate matters and the hormone fluctuations of TTOTM definitely make UC symptoms worse for a lot of folks. Hang in there... hopefully, the situation will improve in a week or so. If the chest congestion gets worse and/or is accompanied by a high fever, you should see your GP.

I am just feeling sorry for myself --- :)

I know it will get better, I would just all of it to hurry up!

I want to see how the new meds are going to work out, and this silly TTOTM and cold are messing up my plans.
