Only good things....I drink it first thing when I get up in the morning, and I have no issues with it...

If you're allergic to ragweed then chamomile tea should likely be avoided from what I've read.

I do drink chamomile. It is supposed to have anti-inflammation properties. I drink it every other day. I alternate with mint tea, which is also supposed to have anti-inflammation properties. I haven't had any side effects. But I have noticed that my skin is dryer than normal and wasn't sure what was causing it. Perhaps it is chamomile tea causing my skin to be dryer than normal.

Ash - Imuran can cause dry skin as well. How long have you been on it?

No side effects with chamomile - except I didn't really like the taste. Green tea for me :)

I drink a cup of hot chamomile tea with honey every night about an hour before bed. I find it really calms an upset tummy when I have one, and tastes pretty good, when tummy is find. It also makes me feel somewhat sleepy, too. I do have allergy problems and ragweed recently ran wild and free down here a few weeks ago--went right into a sinus infection for me, but I don't see any reactions to the chamomile--that is interesting connetion, pb4. I'll have to look into that a bit more.

Hi dakotagirl - I have been on Imuran for 9? months now..Thanks for letting me know. I'll talk to my doctor about it. I guess I'll just have to use more body cream. If you are aware of any other remedy, please let me know.

AshNH :)

Use extra virgine olive oil as a moisturizer, it does wonders.
