My hubby has IBD and he eats what he chooses and knows what foods to stay away from and which foods agree with him. I would suspect that each person is very different in what foods agree with them and should meet with a nutrionist and set their own well balanced diet.
Common sense would rule when it comes to diet and IBD. FYI, he has lived with IBD for 31 years and had 3 major surgeries so I speak from years of history and knowledge of the disease.
This is just what works well for him :)
