Hi everyone,

I went to Whole Foods today and picked up a package of the Nature's Way Fisol.  They are enteric coated fish oil capsules.  I was wondering if anyone had tried them.  If so, did they give you looser stools or fish burps.  I have taken the liquid cod liver fish oil before for a year or so.  I did not do so great on them--acne, loose stools, and fishy taste and burps.  This was 13 years ago.  I'm going to try taking fish oil again for a couple weeks to see how I do.  If anyone has experience with these, I would love to hear from you.

Regards,

I did try those and they gave me the fish burps. I get shivers just remembering the fish burps! However, I have really bad reflux and each and every fish oil I tried did that. My MIL tried them with no problems.

I hope they work for you. Fish oil is supposed to be good for inflammation.

Alot of people complain about fish burps from any brand of fish (omegas) caps, I find if I drink plenty of water (which you should with all pill) that I don't get fishy burps...BTW, I've never actually seen a fish burp has anyone eles?? LOL!

"I've never actually seen a fish burp has anyone eles??" No but I seen one bark! :)

I always get the fishy burps too but I haven't tried the one you are talking about. Let me know if it works for you (with no fishy burps) because I was thinking of trying to incorporate fish oil back into my diet again.
