Hi all

I had the jab yesterday and feel bad today.  My UC hasnt got any worse - touch wood, but I feel rough. I don't recall this happening in previous years.  Wondered if anyone else is in the same boat.

Thanks

Hubby is having his done at the end of the month after our vacation. I don't have UC and I felt lousy later that day and most of the next day. I had a headache, almost a flu like sympton and a very thick feeling when I swallowed for several days and then it passed.

I had mine 2 days ago. My arm is really sore, and yesterday and I had stomach issues. Uggh. Not U/C, but bad enough. I didnt connect that it might be related til I read your post.

I had mine last week and it didn't bother me at all. I had a sore arm though.

I'm having mine next Thursday.  My youngest daughter is having hers, so I figured it would be a good time for mine as well.  Just hope it doesn't cause me any problems, since I'm flaring a bit.  But we need it so I'll just hope for the best.

I dont take it, afraid I might have an allergic reaction to it. sense I am allergic to alot of meds and other things and my mom had a terrible allergic reaction to the flu shot one year.

I'm actually going in today to see if I can get it when i get that gardasil shot. I guess I'd rather get the shot and feel icky the next day then not get the shot, get the flu and have it bump me out of remission. I guess I have a bias though...I'm a college student! The flu will be EVERYWHERE!!!!

Just got mine yesterday. My arm is sore, but that's because I was so out of it I forgot to rub the spot firmly after the shot, which worked last year - no pain the day after at all!
