Alright, I know I've asked this question before but this is getting ridiculous! I swear I have had hemis since July without a break!! I'm starting to get a bit annoyed. What do you guys do to help relieve them? Should I call my GI since its been so long??
Thanks guys

Hey Sam! How is school going? Hope all is well. about the hemis; if you have tried all the traditional methods such as Prep H, maybe it's wise to contact your doc and see if he has any prescription strength meds to nip them in the....well, ya' know.

If they are external you might try using ZENMED® ZIRO or Neo Healar, they are creams that I use from time to time.

Get your GI to take a look at them just to make sure they are infact hemmies.

I went to a rectal surgeon and he said I needed surgery. I was having a issue when I had diarreah just sitting in my butt it would make my hemis "hang out" I went to Hemmroid Relief Center and they have them all over the state 800-598-1723 and I did the infered treatment. Painless and fast. I don't have bright red blood anymore, I always thought was from UC, but my GI said it was the hemmroids but I too started Pro-Bio probiotics that stopped the bleeding for me. It could be a combo of both too. If you don't have insurance the infered is very expensive with insurance depending on what kind a co pay of $20 sometimes.

I was told I had hemmies...they turned out to be perianal crohns skin tags, and you know how often people end up getting misDX from UC to CD and vise-versa.

Always better to be safe then sorry.

internal hemis should not be painful even if they bleed... at least that's what i was told.
the painful ones are the kind that poke out.

is it painful when you are sitting down or only when you are pooping?
what kind of pain is it and is there any blood?

sounds like a visit to the doc may be in order.

for pain try doing a sitz bath. helped me a lot.
just make the water as hot as you can stand it and stick your rear in it for a while. maybe even do a second one right after.

Sitz baths with alot of epsome salts make it even better.
