I was running way late for an appointment tonight (hubby got home late from work). What do I decide to have for dinner? A chickfila milkshake. I may die from the gas pain and cramps. 2 phyzame and a zantac aren't touching it. Lesson learned!! Had to vent while I am bent over at the computer!

maybe some gas-X? don't beat yourself up too much--we all eat things we know we shouldn't--sometimes we just can't help ourselves (or at least i can't!!) hope you feel better soon :)

Hey tjf,

I can relate to your pain.... I was a total IDIOT and made the BEST homemade Coleslaw a couple of days ago.... I do a pork shoulder roast in the croc-pot all night and the next morning I get up and prepare it for pulled pork sandwiches. I make the Coleslaw to go in the sandwich..  Sounds gross, but DANG, is it GOOD!!! I did such a good job making the coleslaw that I completely poisioned myself with it! I remember sitting there eating it thinking "Gosh, I hope this doesn't come back to bite me in the butt".... Well, it sure did and I've been paying for it now for 3 days.... the cramps were horrible and even my poopies came to a halt everything was so inflammed. Still cramping a bit tonight but not like the last 2 days, hopefully tomorrow I'll be all past this... Dang, it was almost worth it though.. LOL....
