Yea! I can't wait!

Although my husband is not terribly thrilled, it is really something that means SoMEthiNG! Im getting 2 birds (representing my 2 children) on the side of my c-section scar.

Thanks for your words of wisdom (and relief!)

I'm sure some doctors and other people might tell you that because they are personally against tattoos eyes But it's certainly not true that you cannot get one just because you have UC. I've had UC since I was 14 and I have gotten 7 tattoos since turning 18 :) They're addictive!

However I did get one on prednisone once and it didn't heal very well, just needed a bit of a touchup after. Just take care of it like they tell you to and you should be fine. Enjoy!! :-)

I'M BACK! I got my tattoo! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!

And it wasnt that bad as far as pain goes. It only took an hour. I went to a great tattooer who was super talented. I had gone last week for a consultation, so I was totally comfortable with him. The tattoo place is HUGE on sterilization in every way, so again...great experience. I can definitely see how people don't stop at just one! :)

Thanks to all!
