I had posted a couple of weeks back about how dead tired I had been and just sick of being sick. Well, I had my 3rd Remicade infusion this past Saturday and it finally seems to have kicked in. I haven't seen any blood today and I had been bleeding quite a bit, bathroom trips have minimized, the godawful fatigue seems to be lifting as well. I was a bit tired working this morning, but am not just flattened to my sofa this afternoon like I had been. I was still nauseous this morning but it lifted sooner than usual, so I am hoping each day will see me feeling better. Thank goodness for Remicade!

Aw, Meesh, that's terrific news. I'm trying to remember back (I've been taking Remi for so long!) and I do believe I had that tired feeling too, but after about six infusions I felt pretty much back to normal (whatever that is!) This doesn't happen often, but sometimes about a week after my infusion I have a day that I call "hit the wall day" and I just stay home and sleep. Not sure why it doesn't happen every time, but my boss, boyfriend, and co-workers are used to it now. So, I'm happy to hear the Remi may be working for you. Take care, and let us know how you are coming along.

Remicade - will have my 19th infusion on November 1.
Imuran - 100 mgs....taken before bedtime
