hi all,
so i know this is a little random, but i have to ask. do any of you (when you are not flaring...or maybe if you are) get VERY hungry after sleeping? Even just a nap? I wake up ravenously hungry , eat a ton and have no appetite for the rest of the day. While I am not worried about this, I do wonder how "normal" it is. Just putting it out there to see if anyone can relate...

Definitely....but I have no problems with appetite.

I'm an emotional eater which can go either way....stressed or feeling awesome.

What do you eat when you wake-up?

If I eat a big meal at night, I wake up the next morning amazingly hungry.

Due to the prednisone, I get very hungry right before bed (10pm), not after waking.  Don't have much of an appetite throughout the day though for some reason, though I eat anyways to keep from losing any weight.

i just re-read my post--sorry about all the misspellings/typos!!! usually that is my pet peeve--i don't know why i let that happen. maybe low blood sugar :) usually oatmeal or cooked cereal is what i eat when i wake up, but lately there has been no stopping me...i do oatmeal, fruit, eggs..i am an eating machine!! good thing i want to put on a little weight or this would be quite annoying!
