Sounds like a motivational speaker (nutritionist) that has a plan for you to pay him to help you try his methods. Let us know the results. The only things I've read about
it are testimonials (anecdotal evidence).
BTW, anyone can call themselves a "nutritionist"--there are no standards to be met for this title. A "registered dietitian", however, has formal training in nutrition and health, undergoes medically recognized training and is required to have periodic refresher training and work experience plus pass nationally administered board exams.
