Hey guys! I would say since Sat. I have decreased from 2-3 bms/day to 1 smallish one. No change in eating habits, working out, drinking water, taking my fiber, no change in meds. Little worried it could be inflammation but don't know if I am overreacting. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Could it be your IBS acting up causing IBS C? Is your stool still firm or is it losing consistancy?

Could be IBS or the start of some rectal inflammation. See how it goes for the next few days. If it does continue in the way that you're having urgency when you do have to go, I'd say it's inflammation..and if it is, you can add suppositories to your regimen.

Are you eating enough foods? Maybe it's time to consider adding more fibre foods such as fruit? Apples and carrots and salads are good for that. Make sure you chew, however..

Luckily I have a Canasas prescription I can fill (ran out of samples) so at least I am good there. I definitely could add more fiber to my diet food wise. Carrots and apples here I come! Thanks guys. Oh and no D...stool looks as it usually does...just not much of it.

Where are you in your menstrual cycle? Sometimes I experience a little constipation prior to TTOTM, then I usually have some D when I start.

Was supposed to have it last week and didn't get it (not preggers....have had crazy periods ever since I was diagnosed). Good idea though!

Tab,

Wish I could offer some advice, best I can suggest is to just monitor and any more changes speak to your doc.

Take care.
