I think I might have a flare coming on.  I have been extremely nauseus all day and food does not look appealing at all.  I felt this way before my first flare.  I think I might be bleeding, I can not tell if it is tomato pieces or blood in stool.

What can I do to feel better?  I am a teacher and can not afford to feel bad.

Could just be a stomach bug or something you ate. I'd give it another day or two and see how you feel. Have you tried ginger tea to relieve the nausea?

Definately try ginger tea or even peppermint tea. Both of these should help with the nausea but if it gets to be too much they have an otc med called Emetrol that could help too.
