I have been using the vitamin e enema for a couple of years now. I squeeze the oil out of the capsules and add right in with my hycort or I add it to my cortifoam. When I add it to the cortifoam I add a little cortifoam into the applicator then add as many capsules as I can then add more cortifoam and it kind of all mixes together. Add more on the applicator tip and retain for the night. It always helps to stop the bleeding. I have mixed it with warm water and there is oil left in the bottle but I'm sure some is leaving the bottle and entering the colon. Its worth it to try vit e, if you read about

I take probiotics 2x a day and I have had fewer flares since starting all this. When I feel symptoms coming on I jump on the vit e and enemas and up the probiotics to 4x a day. I also excersise daily and find that makes a huge difference in the way I feel. My gut is calmer once I start excersising, I sleep better and I have more energy.
I have been in remission for over 2.5years now, with the occaisional episode but I try to catch things as soon as I feel things going for the worse and so far it's been working.
