You mentioned that this can help heal bruising?  How often do you use it in order to get rid of the bruise quickly?  Since starting the 6mp, I bruise super easy and the bruise takes up to 2+weeks to go away and I'm not a really vain person but walking around with a purple/blue/pink/green/yellow blotch is a little unsightly!  tongue

Hey Sherry -- not to hijack this thread, but you might want to try Arnica for bruising -- it's an OTC cream found in the health food section of your store. Someone at work told me about it, and everyone I asked told me how well it works. It also helps with achey joints. I gave it to my friend who had an achey shoulder and he said it was fantastic. Then I gave it to my Mom who bruises at the drop of a hat and she raves about it; said her bruises are gone in a day.

Really? Wow, that would be great! Next time I go to my health food store I'm going to have to find this stuff. Thanks!

I've also had good luck firmly massaging vitamin E lotion a couple of times a day into the bruised area. I'm one of those folks who's tough to get blood from and I often end up with a big, unsightly bruise.

Hey Red :)

I use it everyday as a moisturizer literally from head to toe nails...so it seems to keep my bruising very limited (small/very faded) and then quickly disappearing compared to before.

Infact I had a bad bruised toe nail, I wore my daughters runners to do some painting in and her shoes by the end of the day were killing my big toes, almost as if they were lifting my toe nails away from the bedding of my toe, they were really sore, I used olive oil and they felt better, except I dropped something on one of them and got a nasty bruise under the entire toe nail, however instead of the toe nail falling off (as this typically happens) it's stayed on and you can see the bruising lightening up and healing.

:)
My bum is broken....there's a big crack down the middle of it!  LOL  :)
