So it has been 1 year since i have posted here. a year ago today I was laying in a hospital bed thinking that i was going to die. It is amazing how much different i am now and how much stronger i have become since going through such a hard time. filling the john red all day long, going from 200 pounds down to 155 and the preds the way they brought my anxiety out of control, the dizzy spells. wow, just the thought process alone in my own mind what it was like then. ok here we go........one year later ( :
I have since finished my 4th book and it is now in productions (invasion 2012). I also have started doing interviews with people about the paranormal. I then bought www.midnighthighwayradio.com and i now host online radio. u can click on "completed shows" to listen to some. Now the paranormal radio network has picked me up so i get 48,000 or more listeners to my shows on sat nights. they have about 1.5 mill in total. I have been thinking...i do paranormal interviews, however i would like to perhaps if any of u are willing, bring some of u on a show to help promote the cause for IBD. if any of u would ever want to do so, let me know. ( :
So how are all of you anyway? it has been so long wow!! i hope all of you have hardly had any flares and that all of you are doing well now. soon perhaps later tonight i will be scrolling through the archives to try and update myself on how all of you are doing. well good bless for now!

Shawn, I was very active on the board last year when you were on and remember your posts and the pain you were experiencing. I too was battling a bad flare and was down to 135 from 180. I've been in remission almost a year now and back up to 175 and feeling good (knock on wood!!!!). I was also thinking about surgery as a potential option but thank god it did not come to that. Congratulations on all of the successes and let us know how things progress for you.
