thanks guys! All of your replies have been really helpful to me. I realize I'm probably just going to have some mornings like that because of what I eat or how I eat. I think the two times it reallly happened was when I ate chick fil a the night before and one night i ate pizza. I am now never eating pizza again because I found it upsets me way too much. I too have found that if I eat small things frequently through the day rather than large amounts a couple times... I get along WAY better the next morning haha.
I definitely think though that part of it IS the fact that I'm just getting all of the stool out that I didn't when I was flaring so bad. I just tapered from 40mg to 30 mg on my pred yesterday and so far so good. I still feel great and no pain and no blood... sept for hemmie stuff sometimes. I have a lil of a bloated face, but no moooon face yet. So scared hahaha. Just updating a little on the situation.
Also.. does anyone else think it's weird that prednisone is directed to be taken with milk... and most of us are lactose intolerant or milk upsets our tummys... but i find that yogurt and milk with cereal actually DOES make the pred sit better.. WEIRD. hahaha
