Sorry in advance for the BM talk, but I have had lose but formed BMs since i got out of the hospital, i'm only having 2 or 3 BMs a day, and have no pain or blood or anything. But the stool hasn't changed in 8-10 days i'm scared that this means i'm not in remission but that the meds are makng me feel and seem ok. which wouldn't be so bad if i didn't start my tapering of the steroids tomorrow. Should i be worried the i'm still in a flare masked with drugs.

Hi..it could be the cipro that's causing the looser stool.

While you're tapering pred, you might want to request rectal steroid foam enemas to lessen some of the symptoms many have during that time.
