Thanksgiving is coming (for the US) and it's times like this that we need to take a step back from our disease and think about for what we are thankful for in our lives.  So let's share........even if you aren't in the US, please feel free to still let us know what you are thankful for.
~I am thankful for the unconditional love I get every single day from my family.  Especially my husband.  We have been together for 20 years (married for 18) and he has stuck with me thru thick and thin.  I love him with all my heart.
~I am thankful that I have the 2 best children in the world.  They have helped me so much in these past few years without so much as a complaint.  They are well mannered, extremely helpful, do well in school and have great personalities.
~I am thankful for having a roof over my head and food to eat.  I know many out there aren't as lucky so I feel grateful for what I do have.
~I am thankful for this forum.  I found you guys over 3 years ago when I was lost with this disease.  And without your guidance and support, I don't know where I would be today in regard to my UC.  I am especially grateful to Peter Waite, the administrator, for creating this site.
Your turn!
