I have recently started pro-bio again, first time stopped because I hadn't learned the art of patience with this disease. I was wondering how many everyone takes and how often? Or is this, as with everything else, a what ever works for you type of thing..ughh..hehe

Lialda 3 a day

suppositories and enemas

Hi, I take the Pro-Biotics from GNC.  I never took the time to check if they had all the right types.  Has anyone taken this type?  Thank you for the posts.
