Toxins in Colon

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to know if you knew of a way to reduce toxicity in your colon.

I have had colitis for six years but more recently having burning pains in my gut and I can only attribute this to increased toxins - Maybe from medicine or bacteria but I do feel better after eating fiberous foods like bread.

I am thinking the fiber is binding to the toxins and washing them out...

Would a colon cleanse herb do the trick or just add to the toxic waste dump inside me.

Now I am definitely not an expert on this but I thought the prob w/ the colon cleanse products is they get out not only the bad stuff but the good bacteria as well.
