The worse the inflammation, the longer it can take for the enemas to work. A week is not really that long of a time, especially if you're flaring pretty good. I'd say give it another week and see if you notice any improvement. You are using it every night right? 3 times a day is a bit excessive for a steroid enema and normally just once at night should be enough. Sometimes though, Rowasa can be used alternating morning and night with the Colocort if the the bleeding is severe enough.
