So I was sitting in the dentist office with my kids today when I ran across a recipe that includes probiotics so I thought I would share.
Belly Balance Smoothie - makes 2 8oz servings
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup of vanilla soy milk
2 tsp of honey (optional)
1-2 capsules of your probiotic opened and throw the probiotic powder into a blender, mix until smooth.
I haven't tried this yet but I plan on going grocery shopping tomorrow and trying it. Of course if you don't like blueberries or raspberries I'm sure you can substitute it for any other fruit of your choice.
