With prescription insurance, through Innoviant, I pay about $50 a month for 1.2 GM. It's for a month supply and I take 2 pills a day...

It is several hundred dollars a month depending on your dosage. My asacol (they are pretty much the same thing and similary priced) runs about 400 for 12 a day month supply. My insurance is horrible, until i reach my 5000 deductible every year I don't have script covereage. I end up ordering my asacol from canada. It saves me about 250-300 a month. I looked up liala through my insurance and they say okie's dosage would be about 230 without insurance.

If you don't have insurance, like me, go to rxassist.org if you want to apply for assistance through Shire, who makes Lialda.  I qualified, and will be receiving Lialda at no cost.

I normally pay $400+ per month. Where do you get it for 259/month, Harpo?

$259 a month don't seem too bad. Where do you get yours for that price?

Hi, I am on Innoviant through an employer. I'm not sure if that is the only way you can join it or not? I googled innoviant and there is a website that might be of some help. I take 2 Lialda tablets a day. They are 1.2 GM tablets. I know that you can take anywhere from 2 to 4 tablets a day, depending on what your doc wants. Check out the website, there is a 10-day trial offer (up to 20 pills), which I know isn't much but it is better then nothing! Good Luck!
