Hi everyone,

I am glad I found this site because It feels soooo good to know I am not alone and someone, somewhere understands.

I am 36 female with history on panic/anxiety. The thumps jumps and rolls started 10 years ago when I got out of the military. Ever since I have been suffering- various trips to ER, holters, stress test, EKG you guys know the routine. Everything shows up "normal" so I have learned to try to ignore them. However I do notice a connection with stress, low blood sugar and anxiety no duh ???

I am on Lexapro(antidepressant) and Klonopin for as needed anxiety-- however I have been having daily PVC (thumps)

for the past week after 6 months of 0 that I felt. That is concerning to me.

I may try cutting back on alcohol and caffeine any other suggestions to improve them?????

I have 3 kids ages 15 girl, 11 boy and 9y boy. I know the battles that happen. Yes, mary I am doing better this lexapro meds is kicking in a lil. I am still getting heart thumps every now in then. I have nightmares and wake up with racing heart that eventually turn into panic if I dont do breathing exercises and positive self talk. But for the most part I am ok.

So that is cool that you lived in England that is one of my fav places. I have been to Germany and Middle East but was not lucky enough to have lived in England. I am saving now for my daughter graduation gift is our vacation to the UK we cant wait..

Yea! Well keep in touch and let me know how you fare today. Do u eat small meals throughout the day to keep the blood sugar stable. Perhaps- some tea and crumpets jkidding

scool  oops I hope that joke was ok..
