How long should it take one's heart to completely return to normal heart rate after exertion (like mowing a good-sized lawn or jogging exercise)? Is it an extended process, or should it happen pretty quickly?
Thanks!

For someone who has no heart problems it shouldnt take anymore than 2-3 minutes for your heart to return to a normal heart pattern
