On the 28th of July I was giving my son a bath and reached down to put him in the bath tub and while reaching down I noticed that I had this horrible pain in my chest. It was so bad I had a hot flash and felt like I was going to pass out so I went and laid down on the couch. I could feel the pain when I moved my left arm in and my chest was very sore. I went to the doctor and after a chest x-ray and a ekg is said I had costchondritis. This went on for another week of bad pain and my husband took me to the er where they did bloodwork, an ekg, chest x-ray and said it was chest wall pain. The pain seem to go away some but I woud still feel it on and off when I would try to roll over in bed at night, it felt like muscles pulling. During all of this pain I was having dizzy spells with it. about two weeks after the pain started I got a headache, after the headache never went away I went back to the doctor. My chest was not hurting then just headache and dizzy spells. Now I am dizzy from the time my feet hit the floor until the time I go to bed at night and sometimes I am so dizzy that I feel like I am going to pass out. My chest is not hurting like it was the first time just every now and then. I am very tired and weak all of the time. My neurologist is sending me to a cardiologist for the dizziness Monday. Does anyone have any clue what is going on. I am 25 years old mother of a very active 18 month old. Up until the chest thing I have been pretty healthy other than extra weight I put on when I was pregnant. I have also noticed at night that my arms go to sleep while I am sleeping but they wake back up when I move them around. My bp is good, I am not diabetec.

dizziness all the time seems more like an equalirium issue possibly fluid in the middle ear there is an exercise much like the keegle exercise women do when pregnant it works on muscle just above the groin area (not the groin ) which worked very well for a whole decade of vertigo problems like as you said from the time my feet hit the floor until bedtime . I wish I could remember the name of it but any good physiotherapist would know . It works and so well it works . of course your symptoms could be soooo many things its hard to tell if I'm even close but all day long dizziness is typical of this unless it is a spine issue or some kind of infection . concerning the chest pain thing its hard to tell but you are limited in what it could be so the heart is one of them and I think going to the cardiologist is a good idea, although heart conditions ooccur at any age it is very rare at age 25.
