hi my name is brad. i just want to know your thoughts on the benefits of red wine? is it really healthy for the heart? if yes, upto what quantity? obviously, whatever benefits you get from red wine (if there is any) will be outweighed by the disadvantages of getting drunk...
this leads me to my next concern, im allergic to alcohol. but im interested to learn more  about the benefits of red wine (if indeed its real) so that i can benefit from it health-wise...
appreciate your comments

I couldnt take cholesterol meds so my heart doctor told me to drink a couple glasses of sweet red wine that it would help lower it, but I cant do the alcohol either, I tried it for awhile but it always made me sick. but there is some benifits if you can drink it just a couple glasses a day, and he said it had to be sweet red wine. It will also thin your blood.
