When I wake Up in the morning my heart rate is ussually between 60-70.  In the early afternoon it is ussually high 80s to low 90s.  In the evening especially after I eat dinner it can be as high as 120.  If I eat to much it can be as high as 130 is this normal? It then drops back down to the 90s by the time I go to bed

Your evening heartrate is considered a tachycardia and it could be caused by what your eating or some other reason.

Normal HR is 60 - 100 BPM

Take care
